“Cuando llegamos nos avisaron que íbamos a tener ruido en la habitación por las obras de al lado, pedimos una habitación tranquila y contestaron que durmiéramos una noche allí y al día siguiente ya verían. Cuando fuimos a la habitación, en la escalera de subida había un enjambre de avispas y no pudimos pasar, nos recolocaron en una habitación superior, en la cual ya no tuvimos ruido y pudimos descansar bien. “More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards...

“This was an amazing stay. Breakfast was great and the facilities were great. Only thing I would say is that they have a washer/dryer one unit and for considering the price of the place, you need to pay for the laundry detergent. It’s not that much, it was 30,000 VND but why not have it available for request just like the dishwasher detergent. I would definitely stay here again but that’s the only thing I would recommend they change the policy. ”

“The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid.”
